The appreciation of diversity and the courage to question the limitations of gender-specific roles are the prerequisites for a modern, innovative and fair working world. Individual competence and not stereotypical attributions should be the focus in working life and open up development opportunities for people according to their possibilities and needs.
In our offers and projects, we offer individual target groups in companies and organisations awareness-raising and further training offers. In addition, we bring companies and organizations together in order to shape new paths in dialogue that will enable a fair and innovative working world of the future. We are convinced that active interaction and the design of an open corporate culture with more diversity are the prerequisites for being able to be successful in the future.
The reflection of gender-specific stereotypes and their consequences for our everyday actions is particularly important in our work. The dimensions of gender and diversity are therefore an important topic in all of our offers, which are always conceptually integrated in an appropriate way.
