Short and sweet

CROME Berlin is a cross-company mentoring program in the greater Berlin area. With our CROME Berlin, we not only offer you a proven instrument for cross-company management and talent development, but also a platform for exchanging experiences across company boundaries.

With the right mix of personalities, gender, age, leadership styles, corporate cultures and cultural backgrounds, you can set up your company for the unpredictable future, increase the productivity of your teams and shape the New Work together. Ultimately, it is the means of choice to achieve diversity in all dimensions.

The program started in autumn 2021 for the first time. Cross Consult designed the program and is responsible for the entire program management. We look after the participants throughout the year and offer suitable supporting events. BMW Motorrad, BSH Hausgeräte, the German Weather Service and KopfHerzHand took part in the first round.

Target group

For one year, women and men in their first management positions or in the decision-making phase between a specialist and management career (mentees) are supported and encouraged by experienced managers (mentors) from other companies participating in the program. The tandems act independently and define their goals and measures individually.

Building blocks of the program

The program starts annually and lasts 12 months.

→ Meeting of mentee and mentor approx. once a month

→ Framework events to accompany the mentoring relationship

→ Peer-Events and cross-company exchange

→ Target group differentiated seminars for mentees and mentors

→ Participation in the Berlin executives network and Germany-wide networking
