The focus of our mentoring programs and offers is the quality of the design and implementation.
Thanks to our many years of experience in supporting mentoring programs and mentoring tandems, we have developed many overarching standards that are taken for granted today. Our involvement in the German Society for Mentoring, our managing director Simone Schönfeld is represented there on the board and we are founding members of the DGM (German Society for Mentoring), speaks for itself here.
Our offer in the field of mentoring is therefore very diverse. We support organisations from the first steps of concept development, the implementation of individual events in internal mentoring programs to the complete conception and complete implementation of internal programs in the sense of a full service offer.
Conception: We develop a concept that is tailored to your organisation, your goals and the corresponding target group. This includes the basic procedure, as well as mentoring training, corresponding seminars and networking events.
Implementation: On behalf of our customers, we support you in implementing the program by designing individual program components and thus imparting mentoring skills.
Communication: All elements that are necessary for your internal and external communication related to your mentoring activities are in good hands with us. We would be happy to create practice-oriented mentoring guidelines and other materials for mentoring for you.
Full-service performance: We are also happy to take care of your complete regular program implementation and thus relieve your internal departments of the administrative implementation of programs
