Overview 

The cross-mentoring program was initiated in 2014 together with LVM Versicherung. The management development program has become well established in the Münsterland/Osnabrück region and started the 8th round in June 2021. The next round will start again in June of the following year.

Target groups

In the Münster/Osnabrück cross-mentoring scheme, young managers receive a mentor from the middle management of another company involved, who accompanies them in personal discussions for a year: support in everyday professional life, development of leadership skills and insight into a different corporate culture are some of the advantages of this innovative form of leadership development.

Companies

Companies from the Münsterland and Osnabrück regions take part in the Münster/Osnabrück cross-mentoring. The aim of cross-mentoring is to support employees who have taken on their first managerial position in their further professional development and to enable them to exchange ideas with other managers on management-related topics.
