Cross-company exchange for executives

Networking is the future. Cross Consult recognized this mega trend very early on and has been supporting companies intensively for 16 years. Cross-Mentoring Munich has been running successfully for 15 years now. Numerous mentors have accompanied young managers and learned how profitable the cross-company exchange can be. The wish was often communicated not only to support the exchange with the mentees, but also to bring their own topics into an exchange with managers from other companies who are on a comparable level.

The Cross-Executive Dialogue is aimed at experienced executives of interested companies in the Munich area who want to give their executives the opportunity for peer exchange across company boundaries.

The framework

In exclusive groups of a maximum of 6 people, each with only one representative of one of the companies involved, a dialogue is established at eye level, in which topics can be discussed that are often neglected in everyday management
